That's exactly why the way I shoot matters!
Every single shot is wirelessly sent to an iPad Pro during your session, so we can review your images together as we shoot. You're never waiting until after the session to discover something you wish we'd done differently. We can see what's working, spot anything you don't like, make adjustments and keep refining things as we go.
It's invaluable. You get to understand what we're creating in real time, and I get to learn what you respond to - which expressions feel right, which angles you prefer and which images actually feel like you. The shoot becomes a collaboration rather than you simply standing in front of a camera hoping for the best.
Sessions with me are relaxed, collaborative and genuinely good fun. There's music, plenty of laughs and clear direction, so you're never left wondering what to do. You don't need to know how to pose or “be good in photos” - that's my job.
And that fear of not finding a shot you like? Clients booking The Core receive three fully edited images as part of their session, yet most end up ordering another 2–5 extra edits from their gallery. The problem tends not to be finding a photograph they like - it's struggling to narrow them down.

Trained at Central and a former West End leading man, I've also worked on the other side of the table as a musical director & composer. Outside the studio, I live in Surrey with my wife, our two kids and our dog Charlie - a life that keeps me grounded and reminds me that, at the heart of all this, the work is about people.
